If the Taxi Text Alert service is available through your local participating taxi company then simply request a Text Alert when you make a booking. Your mobile number will then be registered to use the service and a text message will be sent to let you know that your taxi is arriving.

Taxi Text Alert messages are charged to your network operator mobile telephone account inclusive of the cost of the first message sent.  There is a charge of up to 35p dependent upon the service provider.

If for any reason you do not receive the text message then send the word TAXI to 60030. This will register your phone with the service manually. A confirmation message will be send to you.
